Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

1. Who we are

Mello Analytics (“we,” “us”) builds custom operations software. This policy covers the website at melloanalytics.com. It does not cover the software products we build and operate for clients, which are governed by the agreements for those engagements.

2. What we collect

What you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, inquiry category, and message, plus phone number, company, and how you heard about us if you choose to provide them.

What arrives automatically. Like nearly every website, our server records standard technical logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. Our spam-protection tools (below) also process technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots.

We do not require accounts, collect payment information, or run advertising trackers on this site.

3. How we use it

To read and answer your inquiry, to operate and secure the site, and to prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who else touches it

Contact-form submissions are stored in our website database and delivered to our inbox by email. The service providers involved in operating this site are: WP Engine (website hosting), Cloudflare Turnstile (spam prevention; processes browser and interaction signals when you use the form), and Fastmail (email delivery and our mailboxes). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

We disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep form submissions in our website database and mailbox while we work with your inquiry and for up to 24 months afterward, after which we delete them. Server logs rotate on our host’s standard schedule.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, through the contact form on this site. Depending on where you live, these may be legal rights (for example under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act); we honor reasonable requests regardless of where you live.

7. Cookies

This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie strictly for spam prevention when you use the contact form.

8. Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the effective date above.

10. Contact

Use the contact form on this site.
