Moth Transportation (New Mexico)
Transportation logistics for 250+ vendors and retailers. We designed, built, and support the platform their operation runs on: 450+ users, 20,000+ orders and counting, dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and driver tools in one system.
Workflow automation for a raw biomass processor
A tool to build custom processes that the client’s crew ran themselves: they defined and adjusted their own sorting and packaging workflows as needed, and significantly increased their daily output.
Email triage with a person in the loop
An AI-assisted workflow, built on a low-code automation platform, that sorts inbound support and sales email, suggests a reply, escalates what needs attention, and tracks every message until it is resolved. A person approves what goes out. It cut response times in half within two months, and the team got that time back for other work.

Our own product: compliance monitoring and analytics for licensed cultivators, connected to state track-and-trace.
Keeping multi-party payments straight
The same capabilities, applied to the money side of an operation. For businesses collecting payments across many counterparties, we’ve built workflows that track what’s due and what’s been received, flag shortfalls against invoices, and keep collections visible in one place, so nothing falls through the cracks. We later added automatic payment reminders, so following up is the system’s job, not a person’s.
